Manos photographs places, people and food (sometimes all three at once). He treats every shoot as a story, chasing the feeling and the light of the moment — or lighting that moment so it fits the story being told. He's equally at home travelling and shooting on location as he is in a studio, working with mixed lighting and a great team.

He's shot food and travel books for publishers, stories of people and places for magazines, concepts for clients, and projects for himself. Based in East London, he keeps strong ties to Athens, Greece (where he's from) and the wider Mediterranean.

His surname is pronounced Haa-dzee-kon-stan-téés. ( If you dare)
